terms and conditions
Last updated: June 2026
These terms and conditions apply to your use of healthisachoice.org and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
About us
This website is operated by Health is a Choice (healthisachoice.org). You can contact us at info@healthisachoice.org.
Our products
We sell colloidal silver in dark glass bottles, made in the UK. Our products are sold for external use only. They are not medicines and we make no medical claims about them. They have not been assessed by the MHRA. Nothing on this website is medical advice — if you have a health concern, please speak to your GP or pharmacist.
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including strength (ppm), volume and bottle type. Photographs are for illustration; colour and packaging may vary slightly.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A binding contract is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted and is being prepared for dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK delivery as stated at checkout. We take payment securely through Square at the time you order; we do not see or store your full card details. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but if we find an error we will contact you before processing your order.
Delivery
Every order is sent with free Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically arrives within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. There is no minimum spend. We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days; orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day, and you will receive an email when your order is on its way. Because we use a tracked service, you can follow your parcel using the details we send you. If a tracked parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, email info@healthisachoice.org with your order number and we will help.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, email us at info@healthisachoice.org with your order number before the 14 days are up.
Returning unopened items. If you cancel, please return the item to us unopened and with its seal intact within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Once we receive it, we will refund you.
Hygiene and safety. Because our products are liquids supplied in sealed bottles for health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or damaged items. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email info@healthisachoice.org within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo if possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we will cover return postage for faulty items.
Refunds. Once we receive your return (or, for cancellations, proof of return), we will process your refund within 14 days, to your original payment method via Square. Standard delivery costs are refunded for cancelled orders; for non-faulty returns, the cost of return postage is your responsibility.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact details, and to use our products responsibly and as intended (external use only). Keep all products out of reach of children.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and the Health is a Choice name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Our liability
We take care to provide quality products and an accurate website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
