Our story
Health is a Choice. Take control of your wellbeing, one simple step at a time — with practical ideas, honest stories, and products made with genuine care here in the UK.
Where it began
Everything we offer grew out of our founder’s genuine passion for health. After a long and frustrating personal health journey, he decided to take a more hands-on approach to his own wellbeing. He went on to complete an online Master Herbalist Diploma and became deeply interested in natural products and the choices we make every day.
That interest became this shop. Today, every item we sell is something he and his family personally use — chosen with care, and made in the UK. We hope you find a little inspiration here too.
How we make our colloidal silver
Purity starts with the water. First we purify it by reverse osmosis. Then, for an extra level of purity, we distil it again. Only then do we suspend tiny particles of real silver in the water using a gentle positive and negative charge.
The result is clean silver water, bottled in dark glass — never plastic — and sent to you made in the UK.
Silver through the ages
For thousands of years, silver has captured human fascination. From shimmering coins to ornate goblets, its quiet beauty alone could have secured its place in history.
It is said that Alexander the Great, leading his armies across arid lands, carried water in silver vessels — and that explorers on long voyages dropped silver coins into their water barrels. Historians still debate exactly why; perhaps royal luxury, perhaps something passed down by habit and observation. Whatever the truth, silver wove itself into the great chapters of history, and it carries that timeless elegance still — appearing today in everything from water filtration to modern materials.
